Cuisine Custom Catering was born from my passion for cooking and sharing great food with others.

I started in this business at the age of 15, and I haven’t looked back since.  That was 25 years ago.  Wow. 
I learned the basics from top chefs in establishments that I worked at, and took it from there. Creating many of my own signature dishes, which are always available for any occasion.  All you have to do is ask.
I have to admit, writing a bio page, not as easy at one would think, especially when I would much rather let you get to know me through my food and meeting me in person.
